Salesloft
Salesloft is a cloud-based platform for sales engagement. Salesloft enables sales teams to automate their workflows and connect with prospects more effectively. This document describes how to connect IBM watsonx Orchestrate to Salesloft and use its skills on watsonx Orchestrate.
Connecting to Salesloft
Connect to the app according to the credential type that you or your team want to use.
If you want to connect the app to the Orchestrate Agent skill set, skill sets from AI assistants, or the Team skill set with Team credentials, refer to Managing app connections.
If you want to connect to the app to the Personal skill set or the Team skill set with Member credentials, refer to Connecting to apps.
Configuring the connection
To connect watsonx Orchestrate to Salesloft, complete the following steps:
- Click Connect app.
- Specify the Bearer token. To provision the bearer token, see Retrieving the bearer token.
- Click Connect app.
Retrieving the bearer token
To get a bearer token, complete the following steps:

Log in to your Salesloft app portal to create the API Key.

In the app portal page, click Create New next to the API Keys.

In the New API Key page, specify a name and click Submit.

Copy the API key, and use this key as the bearer token to connect to watsonx Orchestrate.
