Managing service usage on IBM Cloud

Effectively managing your watsonx Orchestrate usage on IBM Cloud® helps you stay within budget, optimize resource consumption, and plan for future scaling.

You can use the Cost Estimator on the IBM Cloud® catalog to understand and manage your watsonx Orchestrate usage costs. It provides insights on your spending patterns, helping you to identify opportunities to optimize costs.

In addition to the Cost Estimator, you can also perform manual calculations based on your projected usage. See Estimating your costs for more details.

View and export billing details

To view detailed billing for your watsonx Orchestrate instances:

  1. Log in to the IBM Cloud console.

  2. Navigate to Manage > Billing and usage.

  3. Under Usage summary, click View usage.

  4. Click Export CSV > Summary to export the summary as a CSV file.

Here, you can view detailed monthly usage metrics for watsonx Orchestrate instances, including the estimated charges.
