Adding custom facts to a factsheet
Define custom facts from the Governance console and display them in factsheets in AI use cases.
Custom facts allow you to tailor governance data you collect in AI use cases for the needs of your organization. For example, some companies have a standard set of details they want to accompany a model use case or model facts. In addition to defining custom facts, you can optionally assign a position number to control the order in which facts display in a factsheet.
Defining a custom fact
Follow these steps to define a custom fact for a use case or a model.
- Open the Governance console and click the Settings click the .
- Select Solution configuration, then click Object types.
- Select Use Case.
- In the Field groups section, click MRG-UserFact-ModelUseCase to add a custom fact to a use case, or click MRG-UserFact-Model to add a custom facts for a model. This displays the existing custom facts and provides the opportunity to create a new custom fact.
- (Optional) In the definition for the fact, assign a position number using the format
@,number>
to the description field. For example, if you enter@1
in the description, the field will display first in the factsheet.
Displaying the custom facts in a factsheet
- Open the corresponding AI use case in AI Factsheets.
- Click the Settings gear icon to view properties.
- In the settings for Governance console integration, click Check for updates. This manually syncs the changes from the Governance console.
- Open a factsheet to view the custom facts in the assigned order.
