Custom Report Item Components

This section describes very advanced customization of reports and is intended for very advanced administrators. It assumes you have a comfortable understanding of the Watson™ Explorer Engine software, knowledge of SQL query writing, and experience with SQL databases.

At the bottom of the list of available report item components found in the Add Report Item Component are four custom components which allow complete flexibility in creating new views of data. These custom components are the lowest level of abstraction above the actual SQL queries used to generate reports.
