Upgrading from Previous Alfresco Connectors for Watson Explorer Engine

If you are using Alfresco 3.4 or higher, the new Alfresco connector fully replaces the previous Alfresco connector for Watson™ Explorer Engine. However, the index that is created by the new connector includes more information than indices created by the previous Alfresco connectors, and is therefore not backwards compatible with those indices. You will need to re-crawl your Alfresco repositories using the new connector in order to create a new index that can take advantage of the powerful features of the new Alfresco connector.
