CBA System Requirements

To crawl and search a SharePoint environment configured for CBA, the following Watson™ Explorer Engine requirements must be satisfied:

• Watson Explorer Engine must be installed on a Microsoft Windows Server that uses Internet Information Services (IIS) version 7.0 or higher.
• System time on all participating servers must be synchronized using a NTP server. If the system time is not synchronized on all servers, then you may encounter errors when attempting to authenticate with an instance of Watson Explorer Engine configured for CBA.
