DBF to CSV

Converts an XBase (db2, FoxPro, etc.) database format file into a comma separated values file. The binary that is used to do this is named dbf. The output of this application is the run through the iso2utf utility, which converts iso-8859-1 characters into the UTF-8 character encoding. These programs are invoked in the following way:

dbf --csv - %source_file | %bin/../iso2utf
