Adding The Rights Form Component

You must add the IBM Connections Rights Form Component to configure security.

About this task

After initially adding the IBM Connections seed, you must add the IBM Connections Rights Form component for security to function properly. To add the IBM Connections Rights Form component, do the following:

1. In the Data Explorer or Watson™ Explorer Engine admin tool, navigate to the configuration tab of your IBM Connections search collection and click the live source link in the Live Status section of the Overview tab. The source configuration screen displays.
2. Click the form link or the Form tab. The Form screen displays.
3. Click Add Form Component. A scrollable list of form components displays.
4. Select IBM Connections Rights.

Results

You have added the IBM Connections Rights Form Component.
