Deleting data access groups

You can delete a data access group if it is no longer valid. When you delete a data access group, users in the group can no longer access clients in the group.

About this task

Note: You changes might take a few minutes to complete and prevent users from accessing clients via the deleted group.
Note: If users in a deleted group also belong to another group that includes the client, they will still be able to access the client's information. To ensure users cannot access particular clients, review existing data access groups and remove the users from those groups, or delete the groups, as needed.
