Coverage data
The Coverage folder groups data relating to a client's medical or insurance plan information. Use the data sets in the Coverage folder to create coverage reports. The data model shows how the data sets relate to each other.
For example, you can create the following reports:
- Clients in programs whose coverage expires this month.
- Clients in programs whose coverage expires this month, and no other coverage is recorded.
- Clients in a program whose coverage has ended, and no other coverage is recorded.
- The total number of clients with a coverage type, group, plan and sub group, by care manager or by program.
- The total number of clients with a coverage type who are covered for this year.
You can filter your report content by applying filters to the data items in the reports. For example, you can filter coverage reports by Program Name, Program Status, Care Manager, Start Date, End Date and Date Range, if needed.
