Clinical data sets
The Clinical Data folder contains data sets that you can use to create reports relating to a client's clinical information.
Note: Individual Demographics is the primary data set in the
Clinical Data folder. You must use data items from this data set when you join
data sets in reports that relate to a client's clinical data.
The Clinical Data folder contains the following data sets:
- Allergy
- This data set groups data items that relate to a client's allergy information such as the allergy name, symptoms, and severity.
- Blood Pressure
- This data set groups data items that relate to a client's blood pressure reading, such as the systolic or diastolic measurement, and unit of measurement.
- Body Mass Index
- This data set groups data items that relate to a client's body mass index, such as the body mass index, measurement date, and source.
- Body Temperature
- This data set groups data items that relate to a client's body temperature measurement, such as the measurement value, unit of measurement, and measurement date.
- Care Team
- This data set groups data items that relate to a client's care team members and their role in the care team. If you want to identify the care team member who added the clinical data, use this data set with the Users data set in reports. If additional roles are added for a care team member who is already on the client's team, their previous role is end dated and a new instance of that role is created with a new start date.
- Condition
- This data set groups data items that relate to a client's condition information, such as the condition name, start date, and end date for the condition.
- Heart Rate
- This data set groups data items that relate to a client's heart rate measurement, such as the measurement value, unit of measurement, and measurement date.
- Height
- This data set groups data items that relate to a client's height measurement, such as the measurement value, unit of measurement, and measurement date.
- Individual Demographics
- This data set groups data items that relate to client's demographics data such as their name, marital status, and gender. In addition, this data set groups a client's preferred or most recently updated address, phone number, and email address data.
- Individual Identification
- This data set groups data items that relate to client's identification types such as their Employee ID or passport, and the number associated with the identification type.
- Individual Tags
- This data set groups data items that relate to a client's tags, such as additional information that describes them like whether they are a member of an organization or group, for example, Student, Football Team.
- Individuals in Programs
- This data set groups data items that relate to a client’s programs such as the program name, program status, and the date and time from which a program is in a status.
- Laboratory Test
- The data set groups data items that relate to a client's laboratory test information, such as the lab name, lab method, and value for the laboratory test result.
- Medication
- The data set groups data items that relate to a client's medication information, such as the medication name, status, and type.
- Oxygen Saturation
- The data set groups data items that relate to a client's oxygen saturation measurement, such as the measurement value, unit of measurement, and measurement date.
- Primary Care Team Member
- This data set groups data items that relate to members of the client's care team who are responsible for the client’s care plan and programs.
- Respiratory Rate
- The data set groups data items that relate to a client's respiratory rate, such as the measurement value, unit of measurement, and measurement date.
- Risk
- The data set groups data items that relate to a client's risks, such as the risk name, risk category, for example, High, Medium, or Low, and source of the risk information.
- Touchpoint
- This data set groups data items that relate to contact with clients or others about a client.
- Waist Circumference
- The data set groups data items that relate to a client's waist circumference measurement, such as the measurement value, unit of measurement, and measurement date.
- Waist-to-Height-Ratio
- The data set groups data items that relate to a client's waist-to-height circumference measurement, such as the measurement value, unit of measurement, and measurement date.
- Weight
- The data set groups data items that relate to a client's weight measurement, such as the measurement value, unit of measurement, and measurement date.
