The minimum sizing for an instance of the IBM® Verify Identity Access Digital Credentials (DC) container is defined in the following table:

Determine the Sizing for an Environment
The sizing for different elements of a IBM Verify Identity Access Digital Credentials container can be impacted by different environmental factors.
Disk
The size of the disk is relatively static as no persistent information is stored within the container itself. The exception is if a local SQLite database is configured, in which case the disk needs to be large enough to store the database files.
CPU
The amount of CPU that is allocated to a container impacts the throughput of the service and is mostly noticeable when CPU-intensive operations such as encryption, are being performed. Monitor the CPU utilization of each individual container during periods of heavy activity and adjust as needed.
Memory
The main factor that impacts the memory requirements of the container is the caching of authentication tokens.
The allocated memory for the container must be large enough to hold the DC server (approximately 256 Mb), and a fully populated authentication cache.
