Holder

The role of a holder (identity owner) is to control one or more Verifiable Credentials.

The reputation of the holder increases with the accumulation of credentials vetted by trusted examiners and issued by credible issuers. For example, a government-issued credential typically carries more trust than a fitness center membership.
