Commands for tuning a directory server instance
You can use various commands to tune a directory server instance. Each command tunes a specific aspect of a directory server.
IBM® Verify Directory provides the following commands to tune a directory server instance.
- idrunstats
- You can use this command to collect DB2® system statistics.
- idsperftune
- You can use this command to run a number of tuning activities
that are based on user provided settings.
- Providing recommendations
- Updating parameters
- idsdbmaint
- You can use this command for the following operations:
- Index reorganization
