Configuration programs terminate on AIX
On an AIX® system, the Configuration Tool might terminate as soon as you start it. Follow the steps to resolve this problem.
If the Configuration Tool terminates immediately
after you start it, check the LIBPATH.
If the jre/bin/classic directory
of a JVM other than the one provided with IBM® Verify Directory comes before the $LDAPHOME/java/bin/classic directory,
take one of the following actions:
- Remove the extraneous JVMs from the
LIBPATH. - Place the $LDAPHOME/java/bin/classic directory
in front of the other JVM directories in the
LIBPATH.
