You can issue the following command to perform the same operations using the command line.

idsldapmodify -D <adminDN> -w <adminPW> -i <filename>

where <filename> contains:

dn: cn=Transaction,cn=Configuration
changetype: modify
replace: ibm-slapdTransactionEnable
ibm-slapdTransactionEnable: False

You must restart the server for the changes to take effect.
