Update one or more version elements

This method updates one or more elements based on JSON input. You can pass a JSON array of JSON objects or a single JSON object. The method updates the elements based on the 'id' properties of the JSON object(s).

For the format parameter, use one of the following format options:

list: Primary properties and application, version statuses and children
detail: Primary properties and application, version statuses with related comments, attachments, and component versions
