Monitoring releases with Enterprise View

Enterprise View shows information about a collection of releases that you select. Using it you can see the current state of deployed applications in the selected releases.

The Enterprise View window shows general information about each of the selected releases, including change status in a table format. In the following example, the Enterprise View is named "View of my releases". It includes two releases. The status shown for each release is shown in the Change Status field. Use the Change Statuses Key located at the top right of the window for color meanings. A Change Statuses field that is grey indicates that there are no changes associated with the release.

You can also view information about the applications in the selected releases. The Applications section shows the phases in the releases and color-coded information about which applications are deployed on those phases.
  • The blue bars represent applications that are deployed to the phase
  • The white bars represent applications that are not deployed to the phase.
The following image shows five phases. In the following graphic, the DEV and CERT phases have full blue bars, which means that all applications are currently deployed to those phases. The PT and PROD phases have white bars, which means that no applications are deployed to these phases. The QA phase has a bar that is half blue and half white, which means that some applications are deployed and others are not.
