Managing your user profile

Manage your user profile.

To allow users to manage their own profiles, the User Profile feature flag must be enabled. See, Feature flags.
You can change your email address, password, and assign backup users.
Note: You cannot change your user ID.
  1. In the title bar, click your user name, and then click Preferences.
  2. In the User Preferences page, in the Locale list, select a language.
  3. In the Timezone list, select a time zone.
  4. In the Actual Name field, type the user's name.
  5. In the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, type the password for the account.
  6. In the Actual Name field, type a name that you want associated with this user account.
  7. In the E-mail field, type your email address.
  8. In the Phone Number field, type your cell phone number.
  9. Optional: To add a backup user to your user account, complete these steps:
    1. Click Backup Users, and click Add New.
    2. In the User list, select a user ID.
    3. Click Save.
    The user that you select can provide approvals for items that are assigned to you whenever you are unavailable.
  10. Click Save.
