Launching Grafana dashboard

You can create and manage dashboards for Db2® Administration Foundation metrics using Grafana.

Note: Ensure Grafana is configured for the Launch Grafana dashboard button to be visible. For more information, refer to Configuring Grafana dashboard.

You can use either of the following ways to launch the Grafana dashboard:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Explore > Objects.
  2. Select the Object type as Subsystem. Refer to Exploring Db2 objects.
    Note: You can launch the Grafana dashboard only for registered Db2 subsystem.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Click the subsystem name that is displayed in the result table. The Overview tab is displayed.
  5. Click the Launch Grafana dashboard button on the upper-right corner of the page.

    The Grafana dashboard opens in a new browser tab, filtered for the selected Db2 subsystem.

OR

  1. On the navigation menu, click Manage general > Subsystems.
  2. Click the Registered tab.
  3. From the subsystem tile, click for which you want to launch the Grafana dashboard, and select the Launch Grafana dashboard option.

    The Grafana dashboard opens in a new browser tab, filtered for the selected Db2 subsystem.
