SMP/E Installation
UKO needs the following components to be installed via System Modification Program/Extended (SMP/E):
- The UKO database
- The UKO agent
- The UKO server application, running in a WebSphere Liberty server
Database SMP/E installation
You need to install the UKO database via SMP/E using the FMID HKMG31D.
Agent SMP/E installation
You need to install the UKO Agent via SMP/E using the FMID HKMG31A.
Server application SMP/E installation
The UKO package is installed via SMP/E with FMID HKMG310 and delivers files in the UNIX System Services (USS) as follows in the /usr/lpp/IBM/uko/V3R1/base folder:
