Actions

The playbook defines the actions that you can take on any case or task.

You can select one of the following actions:

  • For multiple cases, go to the Cases page and click the check boxes for those cases and click the Actions, Export, Assign to, or Manage and choose the action to take.
  • For an individual case, click Actions on the case page.
  • For a task, click [] in a task page.

To view the status of actions from within the case page, click Actions and select Action Status.
