VMware vSphere Data Source
VMware vSphere is an omnipresent hypervisor used in many IT landscapes. This data source allows integration with VMware vSphere in order to import compute resources - both physical hosts and virtual machines.
Connection configuration
For the connection this Data Source needs the following parameters:
- Server address - The URL of vCenter (typically reachable via HTTPS at port 443)
- Username - A valid username (read-only access is sufficient and encouraged)
- Password - The password for the user
- Ignore invalid TLS certificates - Enable this option if the vCenter installation uses the default or otherwise non-validatable SSL certificate
