Note: IBM service typically performs this operation and it is recommended that you do not make any
changes.
Procedure
From the System Console GUI, select Call Home
Settings > ECuRep Offload Settings.
To set the default ECuRep server, select the server closest to your location and click
Set ECuRep Location.
Note: The ECuRep Americas server is preselected by
default.
To test connectivity to the server, click ECuRep Connection Test.
If a customer is not using DNS, place a check mark next to Enable No-DNS Mode. You are
prompted to enter the IP address. Click the Default option to auto populate
the field with the last known IP address. If the default IP address is incorrect, enter them
manually. Refer Table 1. Click
Save.
