Customer Control

About this task

This function helps to restrict access to the configuration changes made to the listed pages.

Procedure

  1. From System Console GUI, select Console Settings > Customer Control. You see the screen as shown in the figure below.

  2. Select a radio button under
    • Service Control Only to provide access only to SSR.
    • Customer Control Only to provide access only to the customer.
    • Both Customer and Service Control to provide access to both SSR & customer.
    across the functions listed under the Page column and click Submit.
