You can use the system console to view the Call Home Event Log, see the history of Call
Home packages that are sent by the system console, and download Call Home packages.
Note: IBM
service typically performs this operation and it is recommended that you do not make any
changes.
To view the Call Home Event Log, perform these steps.
Click Call Home Event Log at the top of the page. You see the screen
that is shown in Figure 1.

You can use the Log Viewer Controls to sort the event log entries. Sort categories include the
following items:
Number of entries per page
Type of Call Home package
Subsystem Type
To download log archive packages, click View in the Log Archive
section.
Click on a package to download it. Click Refresh to switch back to the
Event Log.
Certain Call Home packages offer detailed information in addition to what is displayed in the
event log. When additional information is available, a Detail link is
displayed in the far right column. See the following figure.

Clicking the Detail link brings up another window with more event
information as shown in the following figure.
