Local Access
Use these instructions to log into the system console.
The customer user (usually an administrator) can log in to the system console by using the
following steps.
- At the System Console Login screen, in the Login field type customer and press Enter. In the Password field type customer and press Enter.
Notes:
- A customer user can add users, delete users, or change passwords for any users in the customer group who use the Administer Users tools.
- The 'customer' userid cannot be deleted.
- Anytime a customer user exits the System console management GUI by closing the browser, the customer user is logged out of the system console.
- A customer user can restrict certain TSSC functions to customer users only, to the service user only, or allow access to both types of users. This authority is administered under the Customer Control link of the Console Settings page.
