Server operation continues, but TCP/IP support is inoperative.
Ensure that TCP/IP is operational on your system by using the ping command with your TCP/IP address as a target. If TCP/IP is not active on your system, you must activate it; then halt and restart the server. This message may also result from more than one server running on the same machine with the same TCP/IP port number. Make sure that the dsmserv.opt file TCPPort option is different for each server.
