The server was attempting to open a random access file with the indicated name. The usable space was rounded down to the indicated value so that the amount of space is an even multiple of the disk block size. This facilitates improved performance in reading and writing the file.
The server continues processing. Some space in the file will go unused.
No action is required. To use all space in the file, server utilities can be used to offload existing data to other volumes. The volume can then be deleted and re-created using a multiple of the disk's block size.
