• This condition cannot be cleared by selecting it from the list of actions. Instead, this condition is cleared automatically by the library system when the convenience I/O station door is closed.
• Check for interventions that may be keeping an Insert operation from completing, such as Library Full, Duplicate Left in Station, and clear the condition.
• This can also occur if an Eject is being blocked by an in-progress Insert operation.
