How to verify connectivity within the TS7700 and cloud network.

Procedure

  1. From the MI Welcome screen, hover over the Service icon and then select Network Diagnostics.
  2. From the Network Diagnostics page, select Ping in the Network Test dropdown menu and enter the IP address for the cloud in the IP address box. See Figure 1 .

  3. Press the Start button to verify connectivity. The ping test may take up to 30 seconds to complete.
    1. If the Output displays 0% packet loss then the ping was Successful, continue to step 4. See Figure 2 as an example.

    2. If the Output displays 100% packet loss then the ping was not successful, resolve any cloud configuration settings and/or network connectivity issues and try the test again. See Figure 3 as an example.
