Recording changes in contracts

A standard contract or prime contract is a binding agreement, and therefore changes cannot be made directly on the contract. You can use a contract change order to record all changes that are made during the execution of the contract. For example, the terms and conditions might change.

Procedure

  1. Select Contracts > Contracts.
  2. Select Standard Contract Change Orders or Prime Contract Change Orders.
  3. Click the Add action.
  4. Specify the details about the contract changes.
  5. Click Create Draft to save the data.
  6. Click Issue.
