Creating standard or prime contracts

Standard contracts are normally created as part of the bidding process. However, you can create a standard contract manually.

Procedure

  1. Select Contracts > Contracts.
  2. Select Standard Contracts or Prime Contracts.
  3. Click the Add action.
  4. On the General tab, specify the name and other details.
  5. On the Scope tab, define the scope and specifications of the project.
  6. On the Cost tab, specify the costs that are associated with the products and services.
  7. On the Schedule tab, specify the milestones for the project.
  8. On the Notification tab, specify the approval and distribution details.
  9. Click Create Draft.
