Upload multiple documents on multiple leases

You can upload multiple documents on multiple leases by using the Contract Bulk Update utility.

Procedure

  1. Go to Contracts > Contract Set Up > Data Utilities > Contract Bulk Update.
  2. Click Add.
  3. On the Contract Bulk Update form, select Process Type as Upload Documents in the General section.
  4. Click on Create Draft action.
  5. General tab becomes hidden, and Upload Documents tab becomes visible with the details of the General section.
  6. In Related Documents section, Upload/ Find the document records.
  7. Click Save.
  8. In Contracts section, click Find and select the Contracts on which you want to upload documents.
  9. Click Save and then click Process.
    Note: The Contract Bulk Update record closes. After the status of the record changes to Completed, the documents are associated with the Notes & Documents tab of the selected Contracts.
