Maintenance tab

Use this tab to specify the preventive maintenance (PM) schedule, safety plans, service providers, and other maintenance details for the record.

Maintenance details section
Use this section of the form to identify the classification of the building system and priority of maintaining the resource.
PM schedule section
Use this section of the form to identify the preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for the resource.
Safety plans (procedures) section
Use this section of the form to identify the safety plans and procedures for the resource.
Building systems section
Use this section of the form to identify the mechanical, electrical, and other building systems that are related to the resource.
Readings section
Use this section of the form to identify the preventive maintenance (PM) readings from meters, monitors, instruments, or other assets that are associated with the resource.
Warranties section
Use this section of the form to identify the maintenance warranties that are associated with the resource.
Tasks section
Use this section of the form to identify the maintenance work tasks and planned tasks that are currently assigned to the resource.
Service matrix records section
Use this section of the form to identify the service matrix records that apply to the resource. Use the Service Management Setup Wizard form to generate the matrix records. The generated records include all combinations of request classifications, service geographical areas, service locations, and customer organizations that are found in their respective sections.
