Record information section
Use this section of the form to define how the record is shown to the user. The geographical area and organization are used to determine data access privileges. The language is used to determine the user messages and form labels.

| Record Language | The language with which to show this record. |
| Record Form | The name of the form or template on which this record is based. |
| Business Object | The name of the business object on which this record is based. |
| Record Name | The name of the record. |
| Project Name | The name of the project, if one applies. |
| Record State | The state of the record in its lifecycle. |
| Created Date/Time | The date and time when the record was created. |
| Modified By | The name of the person who last modified the record. |
| Modified Date/Time | The date and time when the record was last modified. |
| OSCRE Transaction Date Time | The date and time of the Open Standards Consortium for Real Estate (OSCRE) transaction, if one applies. |
| Assumptions Dirty | The lease assumptions are based on a "dirty lease" or capital lease, instead of an operating lease. |
| Includes Index Clause | The lease includes an index-adjustment clause. |
| Includes FMRV Clause | The lease includes a fair market rate value (FMRV) clause. |
