Project tasks section
Use this section of the form to identify the task type, planned start, planned end, and actual cost for each project task in the record.
Item | Description |

Refresh | Refreshes the section. Click this action on the section bar. |
Add | Adds a task. Click this action, select a task type from the list, specify the details, create the draft, and save or activate the task. |
Assign Task by Role | Assigns the selected tasks to the appropriate roles in the Contacts tab. Select the line items and click this action. |
Baseline | Sets the baseline for the selected tasks in the Gantt scheduler. Select the line items and click this action. To view the baseline start and end dates in the Gantt scheduler, click the Toggle Baseline Layer icon . |
Find | Lists the available information. Click this action on the section bar and select from the listed task types. Click OK. |
Remove | Deletes a line item. Select the line item and click this action. |
Type | The type of the task, such as an inspection task, schedule task, submittal task, and work task. |
ID | The unique identifier of the task record. |
Task Name | The name of the task. |
Planned Start | The date when the task is planned to start. |
Planned End | The date when the task is planned to end. |
Actual Cost | The cost of the actual task work. |
Status | The status of the task record. |
