Use this section of the form to view the details and description of the current amendment to the record.

| Amendment Number | The number of amendments that the record underwent. This number does not include data revisions. |
| Amendment Date | The date of the current amendment or data revision. |
| Amendment Type | The type of the amendment, such as a lease expansion, lease extension, and sublease revision. This field does not apply to data revisions. |
