Managing portfolio data

Before you begin working with the IBM® TRIRIGA® applications to manage your workplace, you plan and set up your portfolio and create portfolio data.

Portfolio data overview
Portfolio data is the core information that you use to manage workplaces. Your portfolio consists of information about the organizations, locations, people, and assets that are associated with the space you manage.
Setting up your portfolio
Before you begin creating portfolio data, you must set up the portfolio so that you can use the lists, classifications, geographies, and specifications that are necessary to manage your data.
Managing your portfolio data
After you set up your portfolio, you can begin to create portfolio data, including organizations, locations, people, and assets.
