Reservation process
To manage your reservations and reservable resources in your company practices, the IBM® TRIRIGA® Workplace Reservation Manager allows your users to reserve (or book) your rooms by using Microsoft Outlook, the TRIRIGA Room Search add-in, the TRIRIGA Room Reservation Perceptive app, the TRIRIGA Reserve foundation application, or a combination of the above.

When TRIRIGA is integrated with Microsoft Exchange, the Microsoft Outlook add-in that is installed as a Perceptive-app side panel in Outlook on the web or in an Outlook email client. Any reservable rooms, their room amenities, and their floor plans are displayed in this side panel. For more information, see Creating reservations with the Room Search add-in. |

When TRIRIGA is integrated with Microsoft Exchange, the Microsoft Outlook appointment process that Outlook users can follow to reserve any integrated rooms directly in Outlook. This appointment process searches for room availability in the TRIRIGA environment. For more details, see Integration overview. |
