Project meetings
You can track meetings and meeting topics such as project planning, cost code details, project schedules, and various risks that are involved in a project.
You can create, manage, or view all meeting records in the meetings section on the Progress page.
The following records track project meetings:
- Meeting item records
- Provide details about meetings, including individual elements that are discussed or reviewed in a meeting record. For example, you can create a meeting item record that provides details about the electrical issues that are discussed in the meeting.
- Meeting records
- Consist of all information about a meeting, including the attendees, the meeting time, place, and the meeting items. You can also associate meeting item records with a meeting record. Any unresolved issue for a meeting item can be carried over to another meeting.
- Meeting series records
- Group meeting records that are similar in topic.
