Defining headcount demand drivers

Headcount demand drivers are used as groupings for the forecast processes in collecting data and calculations about headcount. Access the headcount demand driver functions and define new headcount demand drivers that you expect to use during the planning process.

1. Click Space > Set Up > Forecast Surveys > Demand by Headcount to open the Demand by Headcount results page.
2. Click Add.
3. Use the Headcount Demand Driver form to define the new headcount demand driver.
4. Click Create.
