ZUDFM OAB-display block trailer information
Use this command to display the block trailer information of a single data block.
Requirements and restrictions
- The block trailer information is not available if the and ACPDBFS variable is set to 0 in the DBLCL macro. See TPFDF Installation and Customization for more information about the DBLCL macro.
- The TPF system must have get file storage (GFS) pools enabled before you can use this command. Pools are not enabled until the system is cycled to CRAS state or above.
Format
Note: You can use either the ZUDFM OAB or the ZUDFM
INFO command.
- fileaddr
- specifies the 8- or 16-character hexadecimal file address of the block trailer to be displayed.
Additional information
If you enter this command without a parameter, information is displayed from the file address that is currently linked.
Examples
The following examples display the block trailer information of the file that is currently linked. The first example has a 4-byte file address header, and the second has an 8-byte file address header.
