Interface Overview

This report helps you to monitor the availability of interfaces, utilization, and network health for a selected region and time period. The information from interface monitoring helps identify possible network issues.

Start the Interface Overview report from:

Procedure

  1. Click a KPI from Network Performance Overview interface widget.
    Note: Interface Overview report loads information for either Interface Availability(%), Inbound Utilization (%) or Inbound Errors (Packets) based on the selected interface KPI from Network Performance Overview dashboard.

    The Interface Overview report loads.

    The report contains the following widgets:

  2. Click an interface from either Interface with Availability - <range> or Interfaces with Inbound Utilization - <range> or Interfaces with Inbound Errors - <range> grid.

    The Interface Details report loads for the selected interface.
