Duplicate ICMP Ping metrics after upgrade
Symptoms
After the upgrade of Telco Network Cloud Manager - Performance to V1.4.6, you might notice duplicate ICMP Ping metrics in the Metric viewer dashboard. Two sets of the same metrics appear with differences in capitalization as shown.Old metrics

Icmp.Ping.Response.Time.ms
Icmp.Ping.Packet.Loss.Percent
New metrics

Note: When these metrics are queried from the Metric viewer dashboard, only the new metrics return values and
the old metrics do not return any values.
