Explanation
 Advanced Allocation Management is
setting the secondary allocation to the value nnnnn for
the DDNAME that is referenced in message GLO3123I on behalf of subsystem ssss.
 uuuu indicates CYL S or TRKS. This message is
issued in response to the SEC_ALLOC function for VSAM and is followed
by message GLO3123I.
