Explanation The current job step and subsequent steps were failed
for Advanced Allocation Management 
subsystem ssss in support of the NOTCAT2=JCFAIL
function. The steps were failed upon the detection of a NOT CATLGD
2 error at step termination during the attempt to catalog the data
set. The data set is identified by message GLO2123I with its first
volser of vvvvvv.
