Installing

Tivoli Integrated Portal is installed in silent mode as part of a product installation.

Important: If your are installing into an existing Tivoli Integrated Portal instance, you should install the new instance using the user details that were used to install the initial instance.

Attention: If your are installing into an existing Tivoli Integrated Portal instance, only those components that have been updated since the previous instance was installed will have version numbering that reflects the latest release.

After the installation, the Tivoli Integrated Portal administrator and any registered users can log in to the Tivoli Integrated Portal by entering the URL in a browser, for example, if you installed using default port numbers, you would access the console using the following web address:

http://localhost:16310/ibm/console
