About the 3958 DD5 server in the TS7650G (Gateway), ProtecTIER V3.3.6

The most current versions of Red Hat Linux andProtecTIER® software are preinstalled on the 3958 DD5 servers in the TS7650G (Gateway), ProtecTIER V3.3.6.

Server rear view (VTL)

When configured for VTL, the 3958 DD5 servers are equipped with the following components:
  • Two Emulex Fibre Channel host bus adapters (HBA)
  • Two QLogic Fibre Channel HBAs
  • One 1 gigabit (Gb) quad-port Ethernet adapter
  • Two on-board Ethernet ports
