Explanation A volume addition was not performed for the VSAM
data set because the operating system limit of 59 volumes or the volume
limit that was specified by the VOL_ADD_LIM keyword, was reached.
Message GLO3123I identifies the data set. 

User response Increase the size of each extent or raise the limit
that is specified by the VOL_ADD_LIM keyword.
